Hey y’all! So I’m trying to release my apartment at university suites centennial. It is $ +$ in utilities, cheaper than their rate which is $ +$ since I resigned. Utilities include everything you can think of like wifi/cable and you are never charged more than $ even with blasting the AC at in the summer.
If you’re a 👩 female and were to take my lease you would be getting my room and if you were a 👨 male they would put you into a different townhome, but you would keep my rate. It’s just because my townhome is supposed to remain 👩 female. I’ve lived here for 2 years and can give you my firsthand experience: it’s been a wonderful place to live, the apartment is very safe, bug-free, and maintenance responds quick! The only reason I’m trying to leave is because my 💕 👨 boyfriend and I wish to live together soon!

It’s already a good deal but since you’d be helping me out I’m willing to either help you pay 1/2 of first months rent, leave you my smart 📺 tv, or pay for your 🐕 pet deposit if you are bringing one! I will also reimburse your application fee. The lease would be from August-July st!
