I&#;m looking to have someone take over my lease for the school year beginning in August. The apartment is partially furnished. The living room will have the same furniture when I move out, since my roommates are staying on for next year. The kitchen will basically be the same, but I am bringing the table with me. Besides a table and chairs the kitchen is fully stocked. My roommates didn&#;t have a problem sharing their pots and pans and dishes, so I&#;d assume the same would go for you. The bedroom comes with a built in desk and a bed frame, so all you would need is your mattress and any other furniture you want. As you can tell the bedroom is very spacious and the closet is a huge 🚶 walk in closet. Also, the bathroom is a decent side, and has a bathtub. The apartment is part of University Suites, and the apartment complex offers a 🚍 shuttle to campus and a nice swimming 🏊 pool. The rent is $ which includes the rent, utilities, and renters insurance.
