Hi, Loading...

Feb 2019: I have been living here for 6 months and I have had an exceedingly positive experience thus far. The community is quiet, safe, and accessible to bars, restaurants, and NC State. It is also a quick drive to get downtown (5-10 minutes) and the airport/RTP (15 minutes). Beverley is wonderful to work with and will go out of her way to help you. Beverley and the other staff members are quick to take action when maintenance issues arise (I have had two leaky faucets, both were fixed within a few hours). The buildings are clean and very well kept for their age. It is obvious that the maintenance crew takes good care of the property. Overall, the staff, price, and location make this a great place to live. 5 stars Review from Google
Jan 2019: I've been living here 2 years. I love it. My rent has never increased and the few times I've had to call to get something fixed, it was fixed within 24 hours of my call. Beverly, Diane and the rest of the staff at Martin Properties are always wonderful to me. The area is quiet, family friendly and most of all, safe. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Don’t even think about moving here!!! it’s an old building with unprofessional management team, every time you call they told that they have to much work even in case of emergency. You gonna have problems with water leaking, heater, they replaced my refrigerator 3 time and still bring old one with maintenance problem. It was a snow weekend everybody waiting for a very cold weather, my heater was down I call the office they come check it and they can’t fix it until Monday because he don’t want to work overtime and he will take him 4 hours to fix it!! I spoke to the manager she said that somebody will Saturday morning to fix it, next day somebody show up check it for 10 min and he said it fix, as soon as he leave I lost the power at home I call the office nobody answer my call until evening time they told me nobody want to come to fix it Review from Google
Feb 2018: Great location: Less than 5mins walk from lake Raleigh and NCSU Centennial campus. Very responsive land-lord, lowest rent-rates around. Review from Google

Jul 2012: I've lived here for over a year, and I must say it has been the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Apartments: I've been in two different ones so far. They're a little old, so you have the standard problems with older buildings (namely a few bugs, not the best insulation, lack of outlets, etc.) Anyone who has lived in older buildings is quite used to this, and it's no different here. The main difference is in... Management: All I have to do is walk to the office and I can talk to staff about any problem I have.
