The apartment comes with a private bedroom and bathroom. The only shared spaces with roommates are the living area and kitchen. One of my roommates will be there until the end of the lease. She is super sweet, easy to get along with, and does her part in keeping the apartment 🎇clean. Rent is inclusive of amenities, utilities, and parking, so you do not have to pay anything extra. This apartment is on the first level and is near the front of the complex, so it is a short 🚶 walk to the clubhouse, basketball courts, 🏊 pool, and gym. Feel free to reach out if you are interested!
