I am looking to find somebody to take over my lease at The Wilde Raleigh apartment complex. It is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Included in rent is cable, wireless internet, and all utilities. Animals allowed with approval from management. Bedroom comes furnished with bed, desk, and 2 sets of under the bed drawers. Common areas are shared with other roommates and include the kitchen, living/dining room, and laundry room. Also has an outside balcony. Plenty of pantry and cabinet space in kitchen. Large closet in bedroom.
