Furnished unit with 1 bedroom/1 (attached) bathroom available. There is a washer and dryer in unit and each unit has its own WiFi. Utilities and parking are included in the price.
Amenities include a gym, 🏊 pool, basketball court, and tennis court, as well as some study rooms. It&#;s only a couple minutes away from State and there is a 🚍 shuttle that will take you to both Centennial and Main Campus!
The other three bedrooms are occupied, but rent is paid separately. I have lived with these tenants previously and have had no issues with them.
