Includes bed, desk, chair, and dresser as well as a personal bathroom for your room, and a fully furnished living room and dining room with all appliances included and a laundry room with washer and dryer. This price includes all utilities (🌊 water, 💡electric,internet). The unit is also on the first floor and easily accessible to all other amenities on site.
The apartment is men only and you will share the common living area with 3 other 👨 guys (all engineers). It is also 🐕 pet friendly for a small extra fee. The price is the lowest available for the upgraded furnished unit, as I signed the original lease with the community far in advance. These saving will be passed on to any person who subleases. The other roommates already have all necessary cookware and utensils for the kitchen as well, so there would be little that you have to bring besides your own bedroom necessities.
