Looking to sublease my room in The Standard for the summer months. I have a 1 bed, 1 bathroom in a 4 person floor plan with an inward-facing courtyard balcony. The apartment is fully furnished with everything you would need. The room and bathroom are very sizable. The rent is $ a month but I am willing to take it cheaper than that and cover the difference. It&#;s a brand new apartment never lived in before. The Standard has a 🏊 pool, hot tub, courtyards, gym, and monthly parking.
