Looking for someone (ASAP) to take over my lease at the Standard for the rest of the year (through July st of ). Located right on Hillsborough street and as close to campus as you can get. It is bedroom A (the larger one) in the Denmark 4x4 floorplan. There are three other 👩 girls (one sophomore and two juniors) who are all super cool! Our floorplan has a really nice balcony and faces concord street. Dishwasher, washer and dryer, and tons of storage space. I also have a parking pass that I would need someone to take as well (separate fee). September rent is already paid! I included a bunch of photos of the room with my stuff in it to give you an idea of how big it is but it will obviously be empty. Let me know if you are interested!
