Hi, Loading...

Mar 2018: I had lived at the Vie going on two years now. The rates are low and very affordable. I love going to the dog park and sitting out there with my dog. He enjoys it here just as much as I do. The staff is very friendly and have been very helpful in assisting me with all my needs in my stay here thus far. The community is nice and the events are pretty fun. I cant speak for others, but I like it here. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Ignore the bad reviews, as I will tell you... As a resident here at the Vie, I couldn't be anymore happier. I'm comfortable, taken care of and always being spotlighted by the staff. Everyones so amazing, especially Rome!! She's definitely one of my favorites and its always a joy to see her. I Love her!!! Oh and guys, the apartment is wonderful. I love how everything was fully furnished and if I ever have a problem maintenance are always so quick to respond. Seriously! I put in a work order one night and they came knocking the next morning! So grateful I had chosen to lie here. Location is great too. Just so many great things to say! I LOVE THE VIE!!! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Best deal I found when I first transferred down to Raleigh. As soon as they told me ALL utilities with no caps I was sold. Plus it's nice to have roommates that have so much in common! Wine night every wednesday ;). Blondie was the best signed my lease same day and got an awesome deal!! Review from Google
Jan 2018: Love the VIE! I thought it was going to be a hot mess based off the other reviews but Ranika was so helpful during the leasing process. The community is nice and close to campus. My daughter loves it. I have not had any issues nor has she thus far. Review from Google
Jan 2018: The staff is so fun and friendly. I recently toured the community with my cousin with no intention of leasing. I'm considering it, my cousin lives there now and love her place. I've even stayed over a couple of times and I loved it. Review from Google
Dec 2017: My experience at Vie has been okay so far. I had a some roommate issues coming in, and they took care of it immediately. Maintenance has been awesome every time I had an issue. I love my new spot now and my new roommates are prefect Review from Google
Dec 2017: oh jesus... please save yourself the time and do not even THINK about moving here. the place is a total DUMP. on move in day, the apartment that I was supposed to move into had mold ALL over the walls. the room was not clean. my apartment had flood damage from the washing machine. my bathroom was not clean at all. I had to leave this place and find somewhere else to stay the day before classes started. terrible... and yet, I still could not get back the $569 I paid in rent for an apartment I never even stayed in. please do not stay here. Review from Google
May 2017: From wolf creek to Vie at Raleigh the atmosphere has really changed from good to awesome. The staff are friendly and fun to be around and the new club house is a a cool new modern place to hang out at. For anyone that is looking for their first home away from home or just another place to live I 100% recommend Vie at Raleigh! Review from 5/24/17 on Google

May 2017: I have lived here since 2012. Since Vie at Raleigh has adopted a new management style (transitioning from Wolf Creek Apartments to Vie at Raleigh Apartments), things have gone awry. 1.) I was overcharged for months on rent, being told it was $620, then being charged a late fee for not paying the entirety of my rent by the 5th of the month (being told it was $625 now), only to find out today that is has actually only been $599 this whole time. I had a credit for about $50 on my account, but I know I have been overpaying for much longer than that. I am trying to work out what has gone on there. 2.) I have been trying to get my kitchen floor repaired since I moved in. Review from 5/16/17 on Google
May 2017: I love living here at VIE at Raleigh! By far one of the coolest places to live. If the amazing clubhouse doesn't get you, the amazing staff will when your heart..
Apr 2017: Vie at Raleigh the atmosphere has really changed from good to awesome.
Feb 2017: They need to bring wolfcreek back ! The staff has gotten worst! They won't fix anything on time but want you to pay they rent on the first! They should do more events and thing to do! Campus edge has breakfast on the go like every week and does a lot more events for the residents ! They do it at crazy times where no one can make it This will be the last year I'm living here and I don't recommend it to anyone.
Feb 2017: This is by far the best place I've ever lived at. The management is amazing. The maintenance team handles things on time. They work their butts off making sure we live in a nice complex. If you ask me we don't appreciate them enough as we should. The staff here is very nice and on top of things. They keep things clean and update. I couldn't be more happier. don't forget to come to the grand opening tonight :D! Review from 2/6/17 on Google
Dec 2016: I love living at Vie at Raleigh! It is affordable and comfortable living. The club house is brand new. The club house scenery seems like it will be very beneficial for studying/being productive. Extremely helpful staff that cater to your needs which is awesome! I had a couple of friends to visit me and they feel in love with the Vie! I just renewed my lease because of the living conditions being A Plus! Review from 12/29/16 on Google
Dec 2016: I must say that I am impressed with the upgrades that this apartment complex has taken on. Slowly but surely things have evolved! This isn't the same old Wolf Creek. It's Vie at Raleigh! Walking into the office and clubhouse speaks for itself. Give it a shot. Also Usha has been a great help! Review from 12/27/16 on Google
May 2016: Worst place to live in. Still living here sadly. I don't write reviews but this place deserve every word. Just got done with high school and needed something affordable. Two of my roommates and I knew each other before we moved in. We picked this place together. Boy was we wrong. What a big mistake! First day moving, the sink was mass up, the mirrors almost fell on me, there was more bugs than people living in this student housing, the office people were robots and nothing was fix and ready for us. It smell like dead rats. I like that we get our own washer but it doesn't even work half of the time. It took them months to fix our problems and when he claim he "fix" it, 2 days later it's still broken. Review from 5/11/16 on Google
May 2016: If I could give 0 stars, I would. THE MODEL YOU WERE SHOWN OR WILL SOON BE SHOWN IS NOT WHAT THE ACTUAL APARTMENTS LOOK LIKE!!!! I've been here for about 2.5 years and the first .5 was great. My roommates were of legal age flight attendants who I got along with great. Then came the other 2 years. I was put with underage people who smoked mary constantly even though I REQUESTED that I not be put with smokers of any kind or people under 21. And to add to the that, the management have people entering our apartments to do "improvements" and demand that our stuff and vechiles be out of their way or they'll fine us. Review from 5/4/16 on Google
Apr 2016: Vie at Raleigh is trying to rebrand itself away from it's old name, Wolf Creek, but don't be fooled this place is still an awful place to live. I've lived here for three years and this year is by far the worst and why we are moving!! The staff acts like they are above the residents and not like they are there to help them or like they are there for the residents service. The apartments themselves have got a face lift but they still have bugs, the walls are paper thin, and the community is full of people who don't care about anyone but themselves. Dec 2015: The Vie at Raleigh, formerly known as Wolf Creek Apartments located at 403 Wolf Creek Circle is the WORST place for any 17 to 30 year old person to live. The leasing consultants tell tenants false information far from the truth of management's knowledge. The leasing consultant assigned me a dirty room with a defective, extremely low water pressure shower. I had to complain to the property manager, Patrick, who was extremely rude and condescending. Every morning, my water pressure is low and the water is cold so just about everyday there is a complaint about this to management. If you move to the Vie at Raleigh, the lease is a 17 page contract that feels similar to wearing chains. They will NOT let any tenants move out of Wolf Creek for any reason unless you have military orders or find a person on your own to sublease your room for a $300 Relet fee.
Feb 2015: So as of Friday my lease at wolf creek was terminated because of two clauses #1 states that I was loud/disruptive/using drugs/having paraphernalia & the second states I was arrested. Mind you, I live under basketball players who have admitted to having practice to my face which is considered loud & disruptive. I have submitted 5 WRITTEN Noise complaints as well as called the police. My lease states they would be evicted after the 4th or so, they still have a practice nightly. As far as drugs go, EVERYONE in the apartment smokes weed first and foremost. Secondly my roommate has brought numerous rx drugs into the apartment that weren't prescribed to him. Jan 2015: I really love living here. I have been here for a year and resigned my lease already. The staff are so nice and are always doing nice things for the residents like chilli cook offs or make breakfast for residents. A bus takes me to school and goes continually from nc state to my apartment all day long. Leases are individual and mine is all inclusive. Every room has its own bath. I listed one room and one bath because that is what I pay for that is all mine. Review from 1/26/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2014: NO! Just NO! This place is awful! I really despised my entire time that I lived here. The office staff was awful. Coorporate was even more disgusting, I over paid my last month because the staff gave me the wrong information and I didn't get my money refunded until 6 months after I moved out, EVEN THOUGH NC HAS A 30 DAY LAW! Noise, Noise, Noise! Be prepared for it! Cops were around my apartment several times a month, my dog got ran up to by a German Shepard not on a leash. Honestly, just don't and if your a parent seeing this do NOT let your kid stay here, my mom surely regreted it! Anonymous review from 5/23/2014 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2014: Hey, I've been at Wolf creek for a year now and things have changed. First off...if you're not making a little of money, don't move here. We judge got a notice saying if you don't pay by the 10th, you will be evicted. I understand that they want money, but a kit of people can't get it in time. This is why I'm just going to leave within a few days because changes like this is a burden to me. Also, the staff attitude has changed. Before, they seemed open minded and willing to help. Now, ghetto seem almost scared to provide help. No disrespect to the manager, but her tone is a little harsh sometimes and she's not willing to work anything out...another reason why I'm leaving. Mar 2014: When I first came to Wolf Creek, I thought it was very unique. There were so many amenities to enjoy and I knew quite a few people that were moving in as well. However, the longer i'm here, the worse my experience becomes... First of all, we don't get the correct mail. The girl that puts the mail in, never puts it in the correct box. I've gotten mail from other places almost everyday, yet my mail hasn't come in weeks. I went to the front office and they pretty much shrugged it off.
