Very close to NCSU campus, ~5min 🚶 walk from DH Hill Library. I live in a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom apartment with three other 👨 male students- all great 👨 guys and haven&#;t had any problems. We have a corner room which gives a bunch of windows in the living room. Comes furnished with couch and coffee table in living room. Bed, desk, and two stackable clothing drawers in bedroom. Two large windows in bedroom. Amenities include salt-🌊 water 🏊 pool with an outdoor fire pit and 🍔 grilling area, 2-floor -hr gym, 🎥 movietheater room, game room, cyber cafe with free coffee and printing, study lounges on every floor, free🚴 bike rentals and storage. Utilities (🌊 water,cable, wifi, trash, 💡electric)included. A good selection of retailers on the ground level including CVS, Smoothie King, Penn Station Subs, Cha House, and Mulan Ice Cream & Tea.
