Hi everyone! I’m looking to sublease at Stanhope for next semester (August - August ). Due to unexpected family circumstances, I am trying to find someone to take over my lease. The lease is for a studio apartment (I’ve attached an image of the floor plan) and comes with all of the amenities that Stanhope has to offer, including a 🏊 pool, game room, two story gym, and other common areas. The apartment itself comes fully furnished with a 📺 television, granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, a full size bathroom, a washer and dryer in the apartment, and ample room for storage. Stanhope is right next to NC State campus on the corner of Hillsborough Street, and less than a seven minute 🚶 walk from DH Hill Library and other class buildings.
