How Long Is The Housing Contract?
The housing contract for our off campus student apartments runs for 12 months, beginning in August and ending in July.
When Will My Installment Payments Be Due?
Installment payments are due on the first day of each month. Residents may submit their installment payment either in person at the leasing office or online. Note that all online payments are secure. Installment payments received after 9 a.m. on the sixth (6th) day of the month are considered late.
Is Parking Available On-Site?
Parking is available for an additional monthly fee for those residents that choose to bring a vehicle.
Are The Apartments Furnished?
All apartments in our community will be fully furnished. This means we include: a couch; TV and TV stand; coffee table; bar stools; bed and bed frame; desk and chair; nightstand; and dresser drawers.
How Much Square Footage Is Available Per Unit?
Our student apartments are spacious and provide optimal space for both storage and privacy. While each unit is roomy, the exact square footage varies depending on the selected floor plan.
What is Double Occupancy?
We know that some students prefer the dorm-style living environment, so we have those options as well. Contact us for details!
How Many Bedrooms Are In Each Apartment?
The exact number of bedrooms in each apartment will vary depending on the selected floor plan. The Standard Raleigh offers studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments.
Is High-Speed Internet Provided?
Yes! We understand how important reliable high-speed Internet is for every from studying and homework to binge-watching your favorite shows.
What Is Included With My Monthly Installment Payments?
Installment payments include the use of cable, high-speed Internet, designer-quality furniture, flat-screen TVs, water utilities and pest control services.
How Many Bathrooms Do Apartments Have?
The number of bathrooms in each apartment varies depending on the selected floor plan.
What Appliances Come With Apartments?
Each apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances. A stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and oven are in every kitchen. Additionally, a full-size washer and dryer is included in every unit.
