I’ve had a change of plans so I am looking for someone to take over my Fall semester apartment lease. I am subleasing a private room and bathroom in a modern 4-bed/4-bath apartment at Signature . The complex is 5 minute 🚶 walk from the Bell Tower and comes fully furnished, utilitiesincluded, and a parking spot. The three other roommates are senior/graduate 👨 males with business backgrounds.
