My name is KJ (she/her/hers) and I'm currently searching for a roommate for the upcoming year (August 2023 through July 2024). My current roommate is graduating this May and I'm looking for someone to take their place. They're technically set to move out mid-June, so you'd actually be more than welcome to move in early, or you can wait until later.
The apartment itself is a 2x2 ground-floor unit and 950 sqft. Rent is $1350 per month and includes all utilities, including internet and parking, except 💡electricity. Split two ways, it comes to $675 plus approximately $50 for 💡electricity (total: $725). There is also a $450 required security deposit and application fee ($75?). It's unfurnished so you would need to figure out furniture for the bedroom, but I've outfitted the living room and kitchen with some basic furniture. The complex is 🎇clean inside and out, there are cameras monitoring the premises 24/7, and parking has never been an issue. Maintenance requests are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Unfortunately, they do not allow 🐕 pets. It is also on Route 52 of the Wolfline.
As your potential roommate, I consider myself to be a fairly chill person and able to get along with most everyone. I tend to keep to myself during the week, focusing on classes, but I enjoy spending ⌚time with friends and doing things on the weekends. I'm not one for parties but I don't mind having a few friends over for a fun night in (🎥 movies, board games, cooking, sports game, etc). I keep things 🎇clean and organized as well. The common areas are always 🎇clean and ready for guests.
I've attached a few pictures of the common areas and a link to the complex website.
