I am looking to transfer a lease for the year! (very recent change of plans for the upcoming year, and won&#;t be in Raleigh for the whole year for student teaching). Red Wolf Crossing community - a Townhouse-style apartment off of Western Blvd. around minutes (usually less!) from Campus.
The rent is only $/month including utilities. My roommates are all great trustworthy 👨 guys! I&#;m more than willing to set up a ⌚time to meet them and take a look at the place. It&#;s honestly a fantastic value (great enough that I had initially planned on renewing, hence the lease transfer, haha).
