Jan 2018: I lived here for almost 3 years. The rent is VERY reasonably priced, especially considering the location! All utilities are included. I went through a period of having a lot of bugs in the apartment but that issue was significantly addressed, if not resolved. If given the chance, I would choose this place again. My mom lived with a ton of roaches which was a endless battle, considering all the baits and sprays I bought to kill them. Even though the exterminator came every other month, the roaches still came back. So I had to move my mom out of there because she was getting sick. It's clean, maintenance fixed my dishwasher in like 2 days, the property manager is picky about his tenants but he's great with understanding about rent and all else like that. Location is out of this world, can't beat it! Only thing I would complain about are the walls are kind of thin, but other than that, it's great here:) definitely a must rent!
