Lake Park condos are individually owned and located by Raleigh's Lake Johnson, with NCSU students as the main client. The floor plan is a very student friendly four bedroom four bath.

The best motivation for a student to stay at Lake Park is a quick 5 minute drive to the NCSU campus and the proximity to Lake Johnson (1 min walk away), great way to avoid the freshman 15 or finals 50. It is not on the NCSU Wolfline, but there is a stop which is about a 15 min walk away. It is close to Cary Crossroads for shopping.

Lake Park has many units with many different individual owners so look hard to ensure you get a landlord that will be right for you (price and response wise). There are also a few management companies with a sizable presence here. Wilson Properties Management is one of the major companies in Lake Park ((919) 859-9552)

Lake Park Condos were built around 1997, depending on the unit. Given their vinyl siding exterior they appear much newer. Being right by Lake Johnson, it is a great way to stay fit. Depending on which side but the popular loop is 3 miles.
