Hi, Loading...

Mar 2019: The management here (Trinity Properties) is horrible. I lived in Kensington Park which they also own and had a serious cockroach infestation that only got worse over time. It seems like they came in and killed a lot before we moved in, but when they started coming back in full force the management didn't help us out. We also had some serious problems with repairs (front door lock was broken off by a repair person and took forever to get it fixed by someone else, appliances not working) and plumbing problems. Just, in general, no good. Stay away! Review from Google
Oct 2018: I lived here for almost two years and I can definitely share some good and bad sides of this complex. Good: 1. GREAT location - walking distance from FoodLion, Lake Raleigh, and both campuses are close. Wolfline buses run by, so you can just hop on. 2. Quiet neighbourhood with great greenery. 3. Maintenance is very responsive and fix whatever needed in almost 24hrs or less. 4. Pest control is regular and I didn't see too many bugs inside. 5. Great patio 6. Management: Very polite and responsive. Suggestion: Drop check payment and move online. It's 21st century! Bad: 1. Winter time: Electricity bills are super high!!! 2. Maintenance: sometimes you will have to complain on the same thing couple of times before they actually fix the problem. For example, I had old patio doors that couldn't lock. They came couple of times and "fixed the lo Review from Google
May 2018: A place that lies at one of the most convenient spots in town. A shopping complex with a Food Lion is just across the street and it is well connected to bus lines. It is also not to far from downtown or NCSU campus. Bright spacious rooms and the office and maintenance crews are always friendly and respond quickly. The isolation of windows and doors could be better. Overall you get a pretty nice place for a reasonable price.
Mar 2018: Rhett & Link from Good Mythical Morning lived here! Review from Google
Feb 2017: Trinity Property management are robing students and scholars of NCSU. In the past 3-4 years, the rent was raised over 50%. Every extension, they increase the price significantly. Those apartments are not economic and friendly any more. If you have other choice, ignore this one! Review from 2/23/2017 from Apartment Ratings
Feb 2016: If you want to pay couple hundred of dollars for electricity in Winter , this is the place for you. The staffs are good and the maintenance is also not bad. but the apartments are old and they have to change windows and patio doors. They did not and we have to pay lots of electricity bill. We had mold in our wall because there was leaks in the roof. They increase rent significantly each time you want to extend the lease. Also, It is very noisy here. Some of the neighbors leave trash outside for many days. Overall, I do not recommend here . Review from 2/26/16 on Apartment Ratings

Feb 2015: Maintenance is a joke. The staff don't care. The carpeting has nails sticking up where there are intersections in the house, so be sure to wear shoes. The electrical boxes arc and spark because they use aluminum wiring. No electrical outlets in the bathroom; great if you enjoy camping. You get what you pay for though, and I guess we paid for a halfway house. Review from 2/19/15 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2014: As a tenant for 2 years, we are so pleasant to stay in Trinity Properties. They always try to help us, establish a good rapport, and serve as well as they can. Furthermore, the staffs at the office and for the maintenance are very kind people. They are devoted to their jobs. Hence, I strongly recommend to every single person in NCSU to stay in Trinity Properties. I appreciate their efforts to serve great accommodation. If I would come to Raleigh again, I certainly will stay in the Gorman Crossings Apartments. Anonymous review from 4/21/2014 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2014: I've lived here for two years now and looking to sign a lease for the third year! The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and big. The rent is at a very reasonable price - especially given the location so close to downtown Raleigh and Hillsborough Street. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance requests are taken care of very quickly. The neighborhood is very quiet and family friendly. I absolutely love it! Anonymous review from 3/30/2014 on Apartment Ratings
Aug 2013: The best part of this apartment was undoubtedly its location. The staff is quite kind and very responsive (especially maintenance!) and much better than my experience with Preiss. I think for the cost this place delivers, with one very big exception: ROACHES. I've heard that we were not the only ones to experience them. They were occasional for the first half of the year, but afterwards it was a full-out invasion. They were all over our kitchen and dining room. Thankfully upstairs was safe. It was sickening, and I washed everything before using it, because they were in every cupboard. I eventually stopped preparing much food in the kitchen. We tried everything: sprays, traps, boric acid, even vacuuming the roaches! We were completely overrun. Anonymous review from 8/21/2013 on Apartment Rating
