I am looking for 1 roommate to share this place with. It was recently purchased so the townhouse is currently semi-furnished, however my family and I are still moving tables, chairs, sofa, etc. inside the living room.
We are mainly interested in a month lease (short term leases available too) at $ with ALL utilitiesincluded (🌊 water,💡electricity, WiFi). Just recently got new carpet and repainted. Washer and dryer are included.
Overall, the place has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, one half bath downstairs. The place is at Trexler Ct. Has 2 parking spaces. It&#;s also a 1 minute 🚶 walk to the WolflineNCSU🚍 bus stop. And no pets!
We prefer if the roommate is able to furnish their own room, HOWEVER we will always be able to provide a furnished room.
