Sep 2015: College inn is a great place to live, the apartements are nice you can chill at the patio, the swimming pool or even the lobby with pool, pingpong and tv. The event organized sometimes are great too (pool party and free waffle Wednesday!!!) Review from 9/22/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2015: I went to college inn to visit my sister a lot and it's pretty nice. So if you don't want to pay premium on campus housing and want to be on campus, this is it. There's a dorm next to college inn. It's literally across the street from main campus, so you don't need a car. But walking is like 10-15 minutes to get to the heart of campus to get to class, so no heels or stilettos to class haha. If you do have a car though, be warned, cars get towed left and right. Her roommate had her car towed 3x... lol. The parking deck and elevators are nice for moving in, but always smells like piss though.
Mar 2015: It is a nice place to live if you want to be close to campus. Is a bit noisy, so probably not the best if you want somewhere quiet. The staff is good from my experience. Review from 3/03/15 on Apartment Ratings
Mar 2015: Great location and close to campus. It is a loud apartment complex, typical for a college living situation, and living right off of Western gets crazy, but better than on campus apartments for the price. Review from 3/03/15 on Apartment Ratings
May 2013: I've lived here a year and I have not had the best or worst experience but I thought I'd contribute my thoughts if it can help others evaluate this place. I initially moved out of an old house that I was supposed to live in, but there was a terrible bug problem, so last minute, I got lucky and snatched a place in a 4x4 at College Inn. I got lucky with my rent, but I refused to pay the $35/mo for parking that was offered to me when I signed (I don't know if it has increased since then). Walking to campus is not a big deal, I got used to walking everywhere from dorm life, and factoring in an extra 15 minutes was no big deal. I love how close it was to the university gym since I practically live there in my free time. Having my own bathroom was especially nice; it is big, with plenty of storage space which I don't even use. Review from 5/27/2013 on Apartment Ratin
Jan 2013: The College Inn is the place to live if you're a student at NC State! I moved in here in August of 2012 and it has been the best choice I could have made in terms of choosing a place to live. First off it is right across from campus which is amazing if you don't like the dorm life. The apartments are really well set up and the best thing is not having to share a bathroom with a whole floor in a dorm, and not having to sleep on a twin bed. A washer and dryer are located in each of the units which is also amazing because you don't have to fight people for them like you would in a dorm. The rent is as good as anywhere and it also includes all of the utilities so you don't have to worry about separate bills or utility overages. Review from 1/31/2013 on Apartment Ratings

Jun 2012: Reasons to NOT live at College INN 1) Nosiest place on campus. The alarms from the gates located all around the complex often go off at all hours of the night due to people leaving them open. (Drove me completely mad). Inconsiderate people yelling, howling, screaming 24/7, especially Thursday-Saturday when people are coming back drunk from partying. The walls are paper thin. I could hear my neighbors upstairs getting it on like rabbits every night. The people downstairs played their music non stop and the bass would vibrate our floor like an earthquake. I called downstairs to make several noise complaints and they never did a thing...simply because they just don't care. Review from 6/3/2012 on Apartment Ratings
