Looking for a 👨 guy to sublease my apartment from January until the end of July.
I will be graduating in December so I would like someone to take over the rest of my lease, which ends on July th. College inn is a great place to live. The apartment is spacious and you have your own bathroom. Ive also lived in Valentine Commons and I definitely prefer College Inn. Theyre both in good locations but the apartments are nicer here and parking is cheaper (I think).
My roommates are nice and mostly keep to themselves. Theyre not loud on the weekends or at night and Ive never had a problem trying to fall asleep because of them. If you want to know more information or want some pictures of my specific apartment, please let me know. Otherwise, it looks like the stock photos that are already provided on the college inn page of this website.
Monthly Rent Breakdown:
$ Rent base
5 Green service fee
Renters insurance (optional if you already have renters insurance)
Parking (optional if you dont need parking)
$ Total Rent
As you can see, some of the items are optional, so rent could potentially be lower than $, but probably not. Utilities are included in the rent base.
Send me a text or an email through the website. Text will get a quicker response but either is fine with me.
