Hello everyone!
I am a graduate student at NC State looking for a subleaser for the Spring semester. It is a bedroom/bathroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in the Centennial Ridge Apartment complex.
The bedroom and bathrooms are both large, with a great living room and kitchen that is shared. I have two 👩 femaleroommates, both of whom will probably also be subleasing.
The apartment has access to the Raleigh 🚌 bus system, a 🕶️ tanning bed, gym, computer room with free printing, access to a 🏊 pool (at a nearby complex), and is in a very convenient spot, close to I-.
The subleaser will be responsible for January - July rent ($ a month) and a $ lease fee. All utilities are included in the rent!!
It will be available to move in December nd. This date is negotiable if need be.
