Jun 2019: This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. I didn’t have any problems with people partying nor bugs like many other complexes. If anything broke in the apartment, the technician was there within 24 hours to help fix things. I love that I feel safe at all times and my room is quite spacious. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, especially if you’re commuting to NC State. It’s also the perfect location near the lake so you can walk there too. Review from Google
May 2019: Honestly Campus West is a really nice apartment! I have lived here for three years and have not been disappointed. The building is only a few years old so there aren’t frequent maintenance issues. That being said the maintenance staff, Jenny in particular, have been super friendly and helpful. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the living room is comfortable. Having your own bathroom and walk in closet is a plus. The prices are fairly reasonable considering everything is included—water, cable, electricity, etc. and the apartments can come furnished. The neighborhood is in a really safe area just a short walk to Lake Johnson and the community is also fairly quiet most of the time which is a great plus! However, dealing with the staff at UV 2505 can be hit or miss, mainly miss as they can be quite rude.. but I don’t feel it’s fair to hold that against the apartment itself, as it’s a great place to stay. Oct 2018: I actually have never stayed in these apartment however we do clean them yearly at turn. I think these apartments are well set up with lots of space. They're very modern and up-to-date. The staff at the leasing office have always been very nice to me and my crew. They are very conveniently located off of Tryon but it doesn't feel like there in a super busy area. If I were going to rent an apartment in Raleigh for college I definitely would rent these! Review from Google
Jan 2018: I was a little skeptical at first but I have to say I've really enjoyed living here. I am a junior at NC State and I found this place for pretty cheap rent last year. My two friends and I have been living here with no complaints for the past 8 months. While the main apartment amenities like the pool, shuttle, and others, are at UV2505, the apartments themselves are really nice. Granite countertops, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, nice appliances, and walk in closets. Overall, this apartment is a really good value and I've had no issues with management or the apartment itself, whether its maintenance or the quality of the apartment and furniture. Highly recommend to all NCSU students! Do note that you will need a car to live here, nothing is within walking distance and you'll need to drive to the gym, pool, class, etc. but Avent + Tryon is Review from Google
Sep 2017: DO NOT LIVE AT CAMPUS WEST AT TRYON... Local office management at UV 2505, who are responsible for Campus West, were unresponsive, unprofessional, and strictly self-interested when I had issues with my roommates. I would have been held liable for hundreds of dollars in PRE-EXISTING damages if I had not reached out to the Preiss Company's corporate headquarters. The regional manager ultimately confirmed my grievances and fixed the situation, but only after I sought her out with days remaining in my lease, after the local office failed to respond appropriately to my problems. They do not follow their own company policies. For example, their failure to perform a common area inspection prior to my move-in was a key issue in my conflict with roommates and the leasing office. Another time, employees whom I had no contact with were essentially gossi Review from Google
Aug 2017: This complex does not have a leasing office on the grounds which can sometimes be an inconvenience. The office is about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. The leasing consultants do a poor job of communicating with residents if they have received a package. I had to use my tracking number to discover that my package was delivered to the office, when I went to retrieve it from the office I was told by a woman who didn't even move from her seat that it was not there. Luckily another associate went to actually check and found my package. This type of behavior is very normal for them, if you do not bother them constantly they will not handle/fix your problem. The actual apartments are nice but my unit constantly had problems with our toilets. The appliances at this complex are updated and this causes the office to raise the rent each Review from Google
Jan 2017: Campus West is the best student living in Raleigh. The place was spotless when I moved in and felt clean (no mold, unlike the previous complex I lived at). All the appliances are stainless steel and the fridge has a double door with a drawer freezer. Between the three tenants it is really hard to run out of room because it is huge! They have granite counter tops and up to date light fixtures and the furnished units come with a big screen tv for the living room. The rooms are spacious for student living and they have walk in closets that are awesome with plenty of shelves. Each room has its own bathroom and the showers are great! Never had a problem with the water pressure or water temp and the showers are lined with modern tile which is even more updated my parents house haha. I live on the first floor and I have not had any bug problems Review from Google

Nov 2016: They have really great apartments!... at a first look. Not enough visitor spaces and regular towing means you can never have friends over, and if they run out of visitor spaces, there's no way to get a pass at night. They do have nice living spaces, but charge a bit more than they are worth. Review from Google
