Apr 2018: The apartments are nice, but paying rent is a pain. We tried to set up an auto payment but it charges us the wrong amount almost every month. We always report it but the office staff just stares at you blankly and refuses to help you. They don't even know how their own online services work. Recently, it just didn't charge us one month. We were out of town so we couldn't pay it and now they are charging us a huge fee and won't accept payment via check so I had to leave work and get a money order. All because their system is garbage. They don't even care that we had previously reported issues with the billing system. They send about 10 useless emails every week, but they couldn't send us one telling us that our payment hadn't gone through? Review from Google

Nov 2017: Great location in Raleigh! Love the apartment, beautiful grounds and I feel very safe here. The management are exceptional and always willing to help. The maintenance staff show up promptly and give exceptional service. I recommend Camden Asbury Village! The first time I lived here was great but now it seems to be even better. Not only is the front office staff amazing but I've also had a wonderful experience with the maintenance team this past week. Having multiple work orders, two of which were attended to immediately, the other was the case of the missing replacement cabinet doors. It took a while for them to come in due to back ordering, but when they finally arrived Brandon the Maintence manager made sure they were installed immediately which was wonderful! Just in time for my first dinner party living here! There was constant communication about the time frame and installation which I thoroughly appreciated and I am so pleased. Sep 2017: Asbury Village is awesome. I rented an apartment here about 2 weeks ago with Mark, and the process itself was super simple, super easy. The location is perfect for me between work in one direction and family and friends in the other. The community itself is absolutely gorgeous, from the grounds to the pool and fitness center. If you are looking for a place to call home definitely go in and talk to Mark, you will not be disappointed with the experience! Aug 2016: Very nice place to live in and an excellent location - slightly expensive. Very close to I-40 without any of the noise, 4 minutes to the Indian grocery store, very good service and courteous management. Great interiors. Shout out to Amber for being awesome.
Small issues: Parking is a little limited, frogs are noisy near the pond - which used to be better maintained.

Well-maintained community, and it doesn't get more convenient than being within a mile of Route 40. The commute to RTP is usually a breeze, as long as you're on your way by 8:00 AM or shortly before. The management and staff are very responsive to resident suggestions and have provided several upgrades while I've been here, such as the addition of a dog park, upgrades to the grilling areas, and a lot of new/replacement equipment in the fitness center. As to be expected, I've had minor maintenance issues in the three years I've lived here, and I don't recall it ever taking longer than a day to have them resolved.

We have had nothing but great experiences thus far except for recently with the office staff. When we moved in, the office staff was exceptional. And today we had an issue with payment meaning that we attempted and thought that our payment had gone through when it didn't. It was human error and we admitted that. We talked to the lady at the front desk and she told us that they had had problems yesterday with the portal. She was nice, but she took us back to talk to a lady named XXXX and she was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. She was very belittling and flat out mean.

They're always thinking of new amenities for us, like the dog park, or the year-round hot tub, and we just got 2 new spin bikes! don't miss the summer pool party. The location is actually great: I get everywhere quickly because there's less traffic here and it's so close to the highway. I've lived here happily for three years. I recommend living here.

Employees like this one are a company's "secret weapon". These days, employers undervalue the impact their front-line employees make on the bottom line.

We have watched our rambunctious 2 year old turn into a beautiful, sweet 6.5 year old. Over the past 4.5 years, our neighbors and the Camden Asbury staff have become a part of our family. We will miss this apartment very much, but we are grateful for all the memories we've created here. Camden Asbury Village is a very safe apartment complex that has an amazing staff, a beautiful pool, a 24/7 fitness center, an incredible clubhouse, and a brand new dog park!

Jan 2015: Pretty good as far as apartment living goes. There are a heck of a lot of units here. Neighbors are friendly and I haven't experienced any of the management issues, mold and roach problems, or poor maintenance issues that others have. I wish the property were better lit - if I owned a dog I wouldn't want to walk it at night - but otherwise I have enjoyed living here so far. The gym is pretty top-notch and the complex is far enough away from State and Meredith that there aren't really any 18-21 year old students living here.
Honestly, the only bad thing I have to say about this place is that the walls and ceilings are thin. And I mean RIDICULOUSLY thin.
