May 2017: Woodland Court's best aspects are it's price and location. I have had continual issues with my apartment ranging from the window not locking, door in my apartment not latching, etc. The biggest issue though is the water spots on the ceiling. I have had water spots on my ceiling since a few months after I moved in. They have been "Fixed" about 8 times now to no avail. My ceiling is routinely wet when it rains and after every time the roof is patched water spots appear in new places. Undoubtedly the insulation is shot as a result of the continual moisture above the bedroom as it is always hot or cold depending on what the weather is like outside. I would not be surprised if there was mold in the attic/ceiling area. Review from 5/4/17 on Google
Apr 2017: We have been living here almost a year now. We love the community and the location. The staff couldn't be friendlier. Jen, Nancy and Trevor all genuinely care about the residence here at Woodland Court and are quick to address any issues that are brought to their attention. When we relocated here from Ohio they all were eager to recommend local favorites of all kinds. We were on the edge about apartment living but with the staff and the layout of our apartment we couldn't be happier! Review from Google
Dec 2016: My roommate and I lived here for two years and enjoyed it very much for the first year. The pros, a fairly quiet, nice community. Management and maintenance are very quick and responsive and our apartment was nice for the price. The cons, our apartment rent jumped up by $200 when we first renewed our lease. (Apparently we got a really good deal like a special rate at the beginning, which we did not know.) Also, something else worth reading even if you are already a resident. Even though management and maintenance are quick to respond, they are not always competent. I realize this is a rude comment so I will explain. Review from 12/27/16 on Google
Dec 2016: Floor plan was spacious and open (2 bed/2bath) Office staff was courteous........ And that's it. I lived here for 2 years and had several grievances with this place. Most of which would never be solved being owned by a large company, Bell properties(?). I will try to be as chronological as possible. MAINTENANCE: So these guys were GREAT with big/emergency issues. TERRIBLE with little things. We had our a/c freeze due to lack of freon and the water heater stopped working. Separate times, but both occurred on the weekend. After we called, the maintenance guy that was on call lived off the property but showed up within an hour and was able to at least give us a temporary solution until it could be fully fixed during the work week. Nov 2016: Moved out and was mailed a final statement dated 9/15. Sent my check to pay final amount owed on 10/6. Received a collections notice dated 10/4 - less than 30 days after statement date. BEWARE - YOUR CREDIT WILL BE RUINED AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE BECAUSE THEY WILL SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS LESS THAN 30 DAYS AFTER YOU'VE MOVED OUT. Review from 11/8/16 on Google
Sep 2016: I've lived here since April of 2015 and this has been one of the best apartment renting experiences of my life. The grounds are always kept clean and a landscaping business comes almost weekly to upkeep the beautiful property. There are two pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, grills (with shelter), a gym, & a laundry center. I have used everything but the laundry center and can say that everything is very well maintained. This has to do with the excellent maintenance workers as well as the friendly office staff. When service requests are needed, they have an easy online submission form you can use instead of calling. I use this form when submitting a request for someone to change my air filter. When I first moved in, I had a couple of minor things that I wrote on the "move-in maintenance" sheet and all issues were fixed the very next da Review from Google
May 2016: Our 2/2.5 apartment was one that was recently updated so it was very nice on the inside. Outside is meh but the location is great, 2 deep swimming pools, a fireplace, good price...can't go wrong. Review from 5/6/16 on Google
Jun 2015: I've been living here for a year and it's been ok. Pros- quite neighborhood, friendly/accomendating staff. I would say a big con is BUGS. To the point where I'm embarrassed to have people over. Called them multiple times to have them spray but it's still infested. The apartment is also rundown and looks cheap. If you don't mind sleeping with some cockroaches then you should live at Woodland Court. Review from 6/22/2015 on Apartment Ratings

Nov 2014: Maintenance is quick-acting, but probably because all they do is show up, shrug their shoulders and walk away to go back to the office to click the "completed order" on they're computer. Review from 11/06/14 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2013: I moved from Morrisville from an apartment that was under the same management. The apartments look a little old, but they are good, quiet, well priced for the location and have not had any problems so far. The apartment staff are very helpful and any small problems we had were resolved immediately. I would definitely recommend this apartments if you are planning to move around here. Sep 2013: The apartments are pretty nice for the price. We have had a few issues with leaking faucets. Maintenance came to fix them, but didnt really fix them, so we just figured out how to do it ourselves. The thing that grosses me out is that we've seen the occassional bug here and there, which if your neighbors have them sometimes you cant help regardless how clean you are. You get what you pay for. Overall, it's an okay place. Review from 9/15/2013 on Google
