Jan 2020: Know what to expect: Your rent will be raised a lot after the first year. And even if you leave your apartment in great shape they will keep half of your deposit. The pool will look like a toxic cess pool all winter and they will only open it occasionally in the summer. Other than that is was a nice place
Oct 2019: I've been moved in for about 3 months and the staff has made everything very easy as far as picking up packages and with maintenance, I have no complaints! Review from Google
Aug 2019: So far I've enjoyed my experience here. Nice, quiet community that is so close to shopping, restaurants and more! The amenities (pool, basketball court, etc.) are a plus especially for families. The staff are every polite and accommodating, which is a plus. Would definitely recommend to others. Review from Google
Aug 2019: I want to say thank you to the staff first and foremost they are very professional and relational at the same time, GREAT JOB GUYS!! I moved in the beginning on August form living in a house for the past 10 years, as you can imagine I have allot of stuff . I cam back and fourth a few time just to see if my bedroom furniture would fit and Luis was accommodating each time, he really made the administrative process run smooth with all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Luis kind an patient. Now is my move in day and Luis was off but Nancy was there and she was awesome assisting me with the process and going over the paperwork and answering all questions and filling out my work orders for the official move in. The maintenance staff that I have had the pleasure of coming across assisted me with any of my concerns in a timely fashion and left detailed notes on the fix thank you Francine and Donnie!!! I have not lived in an apartment for over 15 years and I am actually looking forward to apartment community living Review from Google
Jul 2019: This apartment complex is a great value. The apartments are spacious and location is phenomenal. It's 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to nice shopping in Cary, and is right next to a Food Lion. I had a few maintenance issues while I was there but the staff was always very friendly and prompt at taking care of them. would recommend it! Review from Google

Jul 2019: The apartment is reasonably priced for what you get. Despite some general wear and tear and few overhead lights, the apartment is clean and the kitchen appliances seem very new. There were safety concerns, make sure your windows properly latch and lock. Review from Google

Jun 2019: The apartments themselves are set up nicely and very spacious. The location is convenient, close to groceries, I-40, and Lake Johnson. The community is quiet and feels very safe. The staff is friendly, and maintenance requests for broken appliances are handled quickly. Overall, it is a nice place to live. In terms of negatives, upkeep of the complex is subpar compared to other complexes I've visited, and management can be unorganized. Management has forgotten to unlock the pool more than once, and the office has lost two of my packages (thank goodness for Amazon's delivery guarantee). Most of the outdoor furniture near the patios and pools is very dirty, and my window screens are so filthy I cannot open my windows (maintenance has never responded to my request they be cleaned). All are minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of apartment living, but demonstrate some of the typical struggles Review from Google
Jun 2019: Great staff. always willing to help me and my girls. Great place to live and safe environment. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Maintenance takes care of everything professionally, quickly,no matter how minor. My 11 year let me know the Basketball net needed to be replaced. They took care of it quickly. Same reponse for furnace air filters, and all other issues handled equally well. Review from Google
Jun 2019: This is just about my search process, as they ended up not having the apartment I needed. I did see a few of the apartments and was very impressed. The property is beautiful and the interiors are very nice, without all the unnecessary fancy touches that really hike up the rent price. The floorplans are open and make it feel much roomier than most places. I actually seriously considered one of their 1-bedrooms, even though I've refused to rent anything less than a 2-bedroom for over ten years now. Nancy was incredibly sweet and friendly and I really wanted to rent from her just because of that. I would've definitely gotten an apartment here if they'd had one available that was anywhere close to what I'm looking for. Review from Google

Feb 2019: Best place ever....lots of resident activities, great management. Been here almost 3 years and don’t plan on leaving. The screened in porches and wood burning fireplaces make it feel like a real home.
Jan 2019: I've had little to no issues living here for almost half a year. Area is quiet and feels safe. Front desk staff is friendly, and the grounds crew does a great job keeping everything clean. Review from Google
Nov 2018: There are no rules to the parking here. ln which is bad. If you are going to move here I suggest you come at night and see how jam packed the parking lots are. Some cars are not even parked in designated areas. It’s been 9 months since my last review no change has been done with the parking issue. I’m pressuring my husband to move from here. I hate how you have to compete just to park where you live. You can’t leave at a certain time at night because you won’t find parking when you get back. Neighbors invite friends over and instead of having them park on the side they park right in front in which an email was sent out before. People renting a 1 bedroom take up to 2 to 3 parking spaces which is totally unfair to those paying more rent . Its excessive, I've emailed them but they don't understand how you CANT FIND PARKING !!! They tel Review from Google
Nov 2018: Great staff. Prices are little high, but apartments are really big. Maintenance was always quick. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I've lived here for over 14 years now. 13 years in one apartment that they had me move out of so they could renovate it and over a year in my new apartment. I've now lived at both ends of the complex. I've never had any real problems with neighbors being too loud or other such problems. Back when I moved in, the place was called Dominion Walnut Ridge then new management took over. The quality of staff did not lower with that change of management. The staff is friendly and helpful. Minor problems are taken care of within a few days. Major maintenance problems are taken care of quickly. I once had a toilet backing up around 8 PM Sunday night and maintenance was out by 9 PM and fixing the problem. That kind of service you do not get everywhere. Break ins and other crime is extremely low here and staff always sends out notices via emai Review from Google
Sep 2018: Viewed these apartments and the whole community was disgusting. I do not recommend. The pools were green with over an inch of algae and the lady tried to tell me they were blue and safe to swim the week before -- No way were they safe to swim. They tennis court has no net. The complex looks completely unkempt. The houses are old and not maintained. The maintenance staff was standing around goofing off instead of properly caring for this community. For the money they are asking you should be living in a community that takes pride in its appearance and keeps its homes, amenities, and community looking nice. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Would strongly advise not living here. Staff feels incompetent and clueless as to what they are doing. Apartment unit itself was extremely nice and was a comfortable place to live. Utilities were more than I was expecting, with water, internet, and electricity running nearly $200 a month for a two person apartment. The staff was unable to split the rent bill as well, so my roommate and I relied on a third party to pay rent. Staff seemed irritated when coming to them with a problem, and I feel they were extremely unhelpful. Put in a work order 2.5 months ago for a broken washing machine and they still have not fixed it. Staff is 100% the reason my roommate and I are not living here again. Recommend absolutely no person live here unless you have no other option. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I've really enjoyed living here. Management is very courteous and helpful. The buildings are well maintained and the dog park is a huge plus! Review from Google
Jun 2018: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS COMPANY. I tried to like these people. The apartments old are decent, the office staff is generally helpful, but that's about it.... I lived in this complex for almost three years. Despite the ridiculously high rent rates I paid during that time, they still found it appropriate to charge me an excessively high move out fee that I feel was unlawful. The NC renters law allows the landlord to charge for damage over normal wear and tear, but they have done their best to stretch that definition to fit their greed. The office staff who was helpful at the time I lived their can simply say: "That's what the corporate office decided." No recourse, no real conversation about the charges, just 'we'll send you to collections if you don't pay in a week.' Great. I let the frie Review from Google
Jan 2018: This place is nice but the parking is bad. They have no control over their parking spaces. There are people with one bedroom apartments that have 3 cars and they park all of them right in front. Some tend to invite friends over and they take up parking spaces. Its getting really bad I have asked my husband not to renew and move out. We have people parking right infront of our building whose apartment is the next building to us. Also if you go out make sure to get back before 8pm or else you wont find any parking!!! Review from Google
Jul 2017: Pros: close to grocery stores and the highway. pool, basketball court and tennis court. Affordable laundry facility. Cons: 1) Serious bug infestation. Their pest control methods aren't very effective. 2) My apartment was very dirty upon moving in. The dishwasher had black stuff in it; the window screens were very dirty with dead bugs, spider webs and animal droppings; the shower was dirty. I had to do a lot of cleaning upon moving in and now I do DIY pest control. Review from Google
May 2017: We loved this place! The staff is incredibly helpful and anything that needed a fix was done the day of or the day after we submitted a ticket. Great location for NC State students as it's right next to a bus stop. Great place for families, too. We highly recommend them! Review from 5/11/17 on Google
