Excellent apartment located right across the street from DH Hill Library on Hillsborough Street, with a great view of Hillsborough from the living room window. The layout is a 3 bedroom apartment, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. One roommate is gone away at home and rarely comes to the apartment. The other roommate does still live in the apartment, but is extremely nice and easy to get along with. Other perks of living here at Hillsborough are an in-unit washer and dryer for clothes. The kitchen features all modern appliances that function flawlessly, all utilities are included in rent unless there are overages (which none of us have had since we moved in). Some more conveniences that come with the apartment are the furnished living room and a bed frame with mattress are also provided in the bedrooms. A unique advantage that this apartment will have over any other spaces is the arcade machines that we have in the living room (my roommate has a knack for all things video games). This is an awesome place to live in downtown Raleigh with so many perks included! I would be happy to show anyone interested around to get a better idea of what it would be like!
