Comon Student Community is a unique inexpensive community located two miles from Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses (on the Metro Shuttle bus Route). Please note that there are specific qualifications for living in this community. The requirements are related to having partners, children or being a graduate or post-doc student. The Como Student Community has amenities that are focused on actively being a part of a larger community. Plots are available by lottery to grow your own herbs and vegetables. One of your favorite features will be the fact that your heat, electricity, water and Internet are included in your monthly rent. If you fit the eligibility requirements you should really look into the Como Student Community Cooperative (CSCC)
