I am a student at UNCG and this fall all of my classes have turned into online. There is really no need to me to retain an apartment for the fall semester. My lease includes the premium utilities plan, new furniture this semester. Full size bed, dresser, desk, 🚶 walkl-in closet and personal bedroom. I am the A unit at the rear entrance, bottom floor.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
