The apartment is a 4 bedroom,4 bathroom townhome style. There are only 2 other roommates that are living there. They are quiet and very nice. I am subleasing because I am taking a semester off from school and do not need an apartment at the moment. The lease ends in July but you could always renew if you need.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
