The clubhouse is open hours with a cyber space. Complex has 🏊 pool, weight room, and outdoor gathering areas. Parking is open to guests/visitors - 🌉 gate code/pass is needed to open 🌉 gate.
Pets are allowed.
Lease terms are $ + utilities through July . I am willing to pay $ towards the rent each month.
