My 💕 👨 boyfriend and I are looking for someone to take over our lease (August -July ) for our apartment for the upcoming school year.
We live in Tiger Plaza, and it&#;s a 🐕 pet friendly community a mile from LSU. Amenities include dog park, volleyball & basketball courts, swimming 🏊 pools, and a hour fitness center.
All large appliances included. Rent includes all utilities (including internet and cable) Master bedroom has built in desk and private bathroom with double vanity, with 2 🚶 walk in closets. Second bedroom has one reach in closet (with mirror sliding doors) with 2nd bathroom in hallway. Apartment will be unfurnished; if you are in need of furniture, you can rent through leasing office!
We will 🎇clean before you move in, and will cover all transfer fees. Master Bedroom is $ a month and Second bedroom is $ a month. Apartment can also be rented by the unit if needed!
