Apr 2018: Incoming students beware. This place has no security in place the gates are always open and the place is riddled with thug activities. I have reported to them with video and photos of one of the residents who robs people and even offered to provide them with the arrest record. They refused to take it anonymously and wanted us do a face to face report. So this would have given the renter the chance to find out from management who reported them.
Also maintenance is horrid, it took a year and a half with us having no a/c to finally get it fixed and after they “fixed it†it started to leak water all over our carpets and destroyed our electronics in 2 of our rooms. They then came out and tried to weld the part that was leaking and ended up starting a fire in our apartment due to the person welding not knowing how to properly weld and caught t Review from Google
Apr 2018: TAKING LEGAL ACTION. Management is the worst! Will make fraudulent charges on your account when you move out, without notification. After confronting them with picture proof refuting claims, they will simply "disappear" and are unable to meet or respond to you.
Parents who are concerned about the well being of your family/college students, please beware.
Condition of the apartments are falling apart, and you will get blamed no matter what happens. Stay away.

Feb 2018: college kids galore. very close to LSU. gated, good price for rentals. includes electric and water in most apartments. They also have apartments specifically set up for college roommates. check with the office for room mates and availability. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Management is so incompetent that even visitors are not safe. Guests are liable to be booted at 3am and fined $200. Their visitor parking is insufficient, their resident parking in our area was barely half full, and management is completely unsympathetic to the people that get screwed over by their poorly thought it system. Unless you want not only yourself, but your visitors to suffer from this apartment's crappy management, pick somewhere better to live. Review from Google
Feb 2018: One good thing about tiger plaza apartments is that cable, internet, and utilities are all included in the rent and they are quite affordable. It is spacious enough for the price. But, these are kind of apartments where young adults can stay with friends. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family. There are lot of maintenance issues. Jan 2018: This place is a slum! They must have friends or staff giving them any of the reviews over a score of 1. They prey on students and their parents. The apartments are horrible and the staff has no power to do anything. Some property management firm runs it and there is no way to get out of your 12 month lease even if you have a hardship. They get the parents to cosign because they know they can take them to court to get paid because they don't want to have a bad review on their credit. On top of all that, they will give you a nasty surprise a few months after you move out. They will charge you to renovate the apartment and if you try to dispute it they will hand it over to debt collectors and try to ruin your credit to force you to pay them. If you choose to move here, take pictures of every room and appliance, to include inside. Take videos of all the appliances working or not working. If not they will try and make you pay to re-carpet and repaint the apartment after you leave. Jan 2018: Edit: No, I can’t contact you to the dispute the charges. I already called and your rude office staff blocked me from talking to anyone because the bill had already been sent to a collection agency. They claimed that I could no longer speak to anyone regarding these charges from that point onward, but thanks for your lame attempt to smooth this over! Your complex is getting itself quite the reputation.
Edit: Any five star reviews you may see is due to employees doing it themselves or people being literally bribed with gift cards when they first move in.
We lived there for 3 years and did not move into a clean or new apartment. Needless to say, when we moved out, the place was in need of some maintenance in terms of what is normal wear and tear. Nov 2017: The only person who is working sincerely is Mr. Taylor. My appreciate to him ONLY . My air condition was OFF FOR 9 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY CONCERN FROM THE OFFICE . Calling hundreds times, going to the office thousands times BUT NO ATTENTION . Temp is 77 already this morning. Last night was 84, and this has been over a week now like this. Best part is, they put a tiny window unit in my living room, the "policy" only allows 1 window unit that doesn't cool anything off at all... BUT THEY "DONT PROVIDE THIS POLICY TO RESIDENTS"
This place has given me the run around since before I moved in, so again, please steer clear! Review from 11/15/16 on Apartment RatingsOct 2016: This place is terrible. Maintenance is severely lacking even if what ever you need fixed poses a hazard. The office is generally unhelpful. Even for what you are paying, you are not going to get your money's worth. All utilities are supposed to be included, what they don't tell you is that your wifi never works (literally occasional Ethernet or nothing), your cable will often be disconnected, and any time there is a problem you have to call the office for them to call an outside contractor. It takes weeks to resolve any issues. You will never actually get use of the pool because literally every other person in the neighborhood is using it.
