One room is readily available for sublease in a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse (other two tenants are PhD students).
You will share a bathroom with one roommate.
The rent is $. per month (negotiable if you can move in by June 1st), all utilities (sewage, 🌊 water,💡electricity, and internet) are included in rent.
We run background check and $. deposit is not negotiable.
We prefer to sign a lease until December , but we are open to short term leases as well.
