Oct 2019: don't move here if you work night shift. The neighbors are allowed to have their stereos as loud as they want during the daylight hrs despite disrupting your peace of mind or sleep. The only time the office cares about the rules is after 10pm which, conveniently, they're not around for. Nevermind that "community guidelines" they send out telling people to keep their noise to a minimum considering they're APARTMENTS not a house, no, that doesn't matter because the sun is out. They don't respond to emails, the water pressure is absolutely terrible everyday, the windows are paper thin and let in everything from air to dirt, and you can't open them because they're frail and/or have been painted shut numerous times. There are only two assets to living here: the couple maintenance guys that have been here for forever are awesome and thorough, and the location. That's it. I'd highly recommend staying away if you want to live in your apartment and not hear and feel your neighbors' stereos and bass at all hours, even after 10pm Review from Google
Aug 2019: I was having an issue with bill pay after setting an account with them. Kendra was extremely hostile. I understand she was incapable of completing the task we needed but there was no need to act like that.

Valerie helped me as a leasing agent and now she is (deservedly) running the office. Friendly, fun, helpful staff that is always ready to help. I love the floorplan and the fixtures are being upgraded. This is the most affordable apartments for the size and best location close to 50th and Slide. I was originally drawn to the property because it was all bills paid. It immediately felt like home. Apartment are spacious. Great place for a single family starting out or for Tech students. Conveniently close to campus and many businesses around. Kandace was very professional and helpful with helping me move in as quickly as possible. I plan on being here for a few years.
My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was maintenance issues. I think maintenance could use some work. They claim that the work has been done when it hasn't. I don't think management was aware of those issues until recently, so I definitely don't blame them for thinking that their maintenance crew was following through. After my 4th attempt at getting things fixed, I decided to just go to the office and Amy made sure it was done as quickly as possible.

Most complaints are completely ignored. My boyfriend and I have had to file 4 noise complaints about our neighbors because they leave their dog outside to bark at nothing for hours. Their porch is right by mine and my toddler's bedroom window and I'm always afraid that the barking will wake her when she has school in the morning. It has woken me and my boyfriend up several times, and I have a morning job so it's mildly frustrating.
Also, we have had issues with our vehicles. Someone body slammed my boyfriend's hood leaving a huge dent while my car has been egged and recently broken into. Nothing of value was stolen, but the thought of someone going into my car is unsettling and infuriating.
Maintenance can be a little annoying, but that could just be me being picky. The only things i don't like is that not all the washing macines work in the laundry center so they sometimes take your money. Also the pool takes awhile to be cleaned. *** My neighbors are nice and quite never had any issues with them. Except when we get new neighbors on there side and they would party or fight and they would smoke inside.
*** Maintenance are great anytime I had an issue I would do a request and they would come out to fix it right away even If I want my light bulbs changed of course I would buy the light bulb make a request to have them changed and they would bring a tall ladder to do it. Had a couple of problems with my AC but they would come fix it right away. Even had my bathroom redone due to leaky bathtub.
*** If you have grass on your patio they come and trim it down. They text me the day before if the water will be off in our unit.

If your a non smoker your apartment is filled with smoke from smoking neighbors all around you. I thought is was non smoking in the apartments but no one follows rules. So basically their nasty smoke seeps into your apartment and make you feel sick and stinks up the place. I have already tried getting apartment complex to fix it and all they did was try to seal under one sink but the smoke is coming from several different places and with me having kids its not good. I talk to management about it and she ignored me for over 3 weeks after she told me she would try her best to do everything she could but did nothing!!! I will soon have to bring my infant home from Nicu and im afraid of all the toxic smoke smell. However... the cons far outweigh the pros.. First the water situation. My water has been cut off at least 5-6 times a week for the past 3 years. With the amount of time they spent doing maintenance they could have replaced the plumbing for the entire complex. They do have a text service now which is very nice because before that I would just wake up in the morning to shower and no water.. Now they will just text you all day to let you know which is better than just guessing if you'll have water.

Review from 5/8/17 on GoogleMay 2017: Living at The Park Apartments has been an awful experience. Lived there for 17 months. I had to call maintenance the first week we were there! That first night, our washer hookup started leaking water. And it wasn't just a little drip here and there, it was a big gush of water. Then once my washer was hooked up, it would back up every time my neighbor did her laundry. I would call maintenance to fix it and they would just snake it and call it good. A few days later, it would be backed up again. Not only did the plumbing mess with my washer, I couldn't even use the dishwasher because it would smell like sewer!! It was disgusting.

The rent is reasonable.and the staff are all friendly, and ready to address any concerns you might have. The maintenance team are all very professional and they do the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently. On occasion the water has been turned off, but not for very long of a period at any one time. Being an older lady, I feel very safe living here. There are law enforcement officers that live on the property that I am sure would respond if I ever needed them to. I would recommend these apartments for singles or families. The utilities are reasonable as well. Review from Google
