Jul 2019: My daughter and I loved this place we would love to go back but soon as a situation came up and I tried to talk to them about it to be able to stay cause we loved it so much they didn’t make an effort to try to work with me to be able to stay we were so sad and heartbroken that we had to leave I wished and pray we could go back miss it so much maybe someone will actually talk to me about it thank you god bless Review from GoogleJul 2019: I have lived here almost 2 yrs...but the office doesnt take care of work orders in a timely manner . i keep calling abt my air conditioner not working ....i remembered what they did to fix it last time...did it myself ..its not working ..they came and changed air filters ...it never turns off ..cuz its not cooling.....my elec bill went from 145. Feb 2019: I was there for a year. Took 3 weeks to fix my heater, I had mice and so did all of my neighbors. The duplex next to Building D sell drugs all day and night.
Half the tentents are drug dealers and you see homeless walk up and down the street. The apartment across from the building D is nothing but hood rats blasting rap music.
It's priced ok, but you will get a bad electric bill because some buildings have shared boxes, which is against the law.

They didn't used to consistently answer the phone, though that has gotten better over time. We've had misunderstandings about rent and moving out, and they've been solved (thankfully), but overall the management is entirely unprofessional. Feels like student housing.
Most of the reason I'd stay away is that management seems to change constantly. I've seen three different management companies own these townhomes, in the span of a year. Maybe this latest company will stay a while, but I wouldn't rent from them, given the choice.
Edited to reflect my misunderstanding in work hours. (I initially stated they do not work weekends. Apparently they work Saturdays. I initially stated that they did not work on weekends because they never answered calls on weekends, Review from GoogleNov 2017: Multiple times have had issues with payments being entered incorrectly, or not at all. Also neglected to tell me about additional charges that were supposed to be included in rent. Also, the new manager and owners are assholes. The apartments themselves are poorly made, no doors close, sulfur in the water, issues with plumbing. You get what you pay for at siena townhomes. Review from Google
Oct 2017: don't rent here this apartment complex took my deposit even though I fullfilled my lease left my apartment clean and even did a walk through. I pray people read my review and avoid these crooks I currently filed with the BBB in hope to recover my money. Review from GoogleSep 2015: I have moved in a couple of months ago.. These newly remodeled Townhomes area great. I have had no issue's with anything. I moved and had all new appliances.. our AC unit looks fairly new... and management has been helpful.. It's great for families and students. The lighting in the courtyard could be updated but overall super satisfied. I have not had any issues with roaches or anyother rodents. Sometimes the management team is not in the office when its convenient for me.. but those are minor things.. I am simply 100% satisfied. Review from Google
Jul 2015: I rented this apartment for my son and his roommate, at the time there was decent management, she left before we moved in, there is no management now, we never received our mail, no maintenance, mice, roaches and other bugs, toilet didn't work half of the year they were there, they had to go across the street because maintenance wouldn't come fix the toilet or the leak in the ceiling downstairs.
They sent us a refund check upon move out, we were always in good standing with rent payments, they have now sent us to collections for 109.50? They could never get the mailing address correct, but the collection agency damn sure has the CORRECT mailing address. DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS!!!! SLUM LORDS COMES TO MIND!
