Hi, Loading...

Oct 2016: They always have problem with parking. You have to park far away from apartment. Also, I have been fighting mice problem for almost a year. Before moving into complex, I have heard they have rat problems, but anyways I did move. Which was mistake. One more thing to mention is no matter how much electricity you use, you will be paying around 100 for one person, even if you went for a vacation and do not stay at home. They just average it, which I do not think is fair. Review from 10/22/16 on Google
Aug 2016: This place is absolutely horrible.Couldnt wait to move out. Full of dope heads and management is terrible. Cars broken into twice. I paid my last two months in advance and left early. Run from this place!!!
Apr 2016: This is my first apartment, and i have to say i love it here. I have never had any problems living here whatsoever. It is a quiet place with very friendly tenants, and their dog's.The office staff is really polite, and willing to help me with any problem i needed fixed. I look forward to living here for a long time. Update, my locked bike was stolen from in front of my apartment, i didn't receive much help with trying to locate the whereabouts of it, or who could have taken it. I will not be living here much longer, i'll try my luck in Houston. Review from 4/21/16 on Google
Apr 2016: I have lived at Raiders Walk for almost two years now and I have really enjoyed it. The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you have any questions/problems. They host different events and have free food for all of the residents pretty frequently. Lastly, the location is awesome! You can just walk across the bridge to campus and to the football games so you do not have to deal with parking. It is just down the street from the health science center and right off of Marsha Sharp, making it easy and quick to get around Lubbock. Review from Google
Apr 2016: Very rude when the office knocks on the door, they went through my mail and gave it to other residents, the dog park is poorly maintained and is a Rock patch and they will charge you for any fee they can possibly find. the apartments are nice but is an older building and very small. The only nice thing is the amazing location however that is what you pay for.it is promoted as a college apartment, however there are many older residents that will complain because the walls are very thin. SAVE YOUR MONEY IT IS OVERPRICED I am very disappointed afer living here for a year not to mention my hot and cold water didn't work for the first couple months. Review from 4/18/16 on Google
Nov 2015: Do not stay here, there are roaches and even mice in the first floor apartments. Management is rude, and they don't like fixing things or working with you. They have lots of events, but it seems as if it's only for the employees to drink and mingle, including the manager. The water is constantly turned off. They annoy the hell out of you with text messages and e-mails stating the exact same things. The prices are not worth it, the walls are thing and the lighting is dull. They have never changed the air filter in my apartment, not even after it was requested. I wish they would find new managers that actually cared about their tenants. don't live here, the model apartment will fool you, the employees will fool you! AGAIN I SAY, don't LIVE HERE!
Aug 2015: I needed a place to stay asap. I chose this place due to the location next to tech. The manager was sorta rude and was just in let's get this over with mood. So I am moving in, and I usually check the place before I start moving anything. It smelled real bad and I couldn't erase it sinced I moved. I just went with it since it fits my needs at the time. It also was not cleaned. The everything was dirty. I had complained but they didn't even reinvesrse me for it. There was holes in the ceiling and the walls were thin. You can hear everything. The environment also was trashy. There was trash and dog poop everywhere. When they were checking me out, they charged me for the previous owners damages and they refused to take responsibility. I love the location just hate the place. don't rent here. It's not worth your money. Review from 8/3/2015 on Google

May 2015: Walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors even just talking. I was shown a wood floor apartment but the rest have that fake wood tile. Parking is very dark and there has been vehicle windows broken at night. Water is always being taken offline due to leaks. There is roaches from time to time. Staff is nice but is it really worth the price of 800+ a month. I don't think so... I will be looking somewhere else.... Review from 5/13/2015 on Google
