Feb 2018: I would say that I enjoy the living space it is quite roomy. I feel like there is a lack of communication with the office staff, and we have had multiple manintence request(1still unfulfilled from last May) since we have moved in, when issues are voiced there seems to be a lack of concern and follow through from staff.
Once they do respond something does get done in the apartment and it seems to me that they have some new management that is better for doing what they say so hopefully things can turn around.
EDIT: Just submitted a maintenance request on the new system concerning the washer we're renting from you leaking water in the laundry room (this is our third washer by the way). The maintenance guy who checked it out said said he'd follow up with the property manager on Monday (2/5/18). The request was closed as completed with no replace Review from Google

As it was my first time living alone (moving out of my parents house), I was really nervous. BUT, Lynnwood has single-handedly made my experience wonderful. I technically have the "master" bedroom and a spot in the garage, which is nice. The homes are quaint and very comfortable. My unit had brand new looking carpet in all three bedrooms and living room upon move in. There is tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, which makes it easy for clean-up. The closets are also great sizes. I was skeptical of the surrounding neighborhoods when I first moved in, but we specifically have not had any suspicious activity or signs of vandalism anywhere near us. May 2017: For what it is, it is pretty good. Three bed and baths you can have or split for relatively cheap. Other floor plans as well. Cons? New management continues to raise the rent to where it doesn't really offset the sketchy neighborhood anymore (up 250$ per month in three years)
They also have an inspector come through your unit every three months "just to check on things." Feels like an invasion of privacy. If you have a little bit of money, you will be better off in an apartment with a gate and nicer amenities.
