Feb 2017: This apartment is the worst ever apartment experience in my life. Not even the dirty apartment, area, and also the employees in the office is dirty attitude. Once you signed your contract, their attitude is like you are my customer already and you are my money. The manager is amazingly rude. When you complain for something, for example like they something extra charge for no reason and she will say "I am done talking, I am out". And they do something survey every season that they begging to people to review their apartment. and they say they will reward 500 dollars.

Dec 2016: Was frustrated about needing a place until I found this property. The staff is amazing, those people care for you, or atleast they show it. My apartment was clean, a little small, but clean. The location is ideal to what I needed for work. Give them a call or a visit and you'll see why I chose this place as home. I am happy i made the decision of choosing Indiana Village over 3 other properties.

A little work done to the outside of the complex would definitely make this place more appealing to potential residence. Something as simple as making this a gated community or even just higher gates for privacy would be great.

Cheap
Has a school stop
Relatively quick responses to apartment issues
Cons:
CHEAP (as in poor hardware, poorly maintained property, pests sometimes, run-down apartments)
Property management is very strict and unwavering in regard to rent

Apr 2016: I have lived here during 2014-2015.
The AC and heater didn't work. (I had to wear jacket all winter)
First I arrived, the carpet was not cleaned and I had skin problem because of that.
I can go on and go on....
Just DO NOT rent an apt from here.

Oct 2015: Indiana village is a property that has given me what I call "home". Having access to the Texas tech bus, pools and location is ideal to me. The office shows great customer service and that is hard to find. I appreciate when they have small events and give away gift cards on nice little events. The only thing I do not like is there is a train somewhat close to the property which is like a mile away. Who loves trains right? No one:) anyway I do recommend this property.
