I am subleasing my room in a University Oaks apartment from May - July st of . I am graduating, so you have the option to completely take the lease for the next school year (beginning in August ). I live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. My room has its own private bathroom & is the biggest room in the apartment. There are no pets, & 2 other roommates. I will pay for your parking fee for the duration of the lease after you take it over (May - July st) if you have a vehicle, & monthly price for rent can be negotiated.
