Looking for someone to take my room for the summer months! I&#;ll pay the whole month of May and I&#;m willing to negotiate the price of June and July. My current roommate is planning on staying in Kent for the summer. He&#;s a business major and ❤️loves to play video games when he&#;s not at work or class. He&#;s planning on just working a lot this summer, so he won&#;t be around too much. You&#;ll have your own bathroom in your bed space and a washer and dryer comes with the apartment too! You won&#;t have to pay any utilities except for 💡electricity, but during our end of summer/fall months last year, we didn&#;t have to pay anything. If you buy an Ethernet cord, the internet speed is BEAUTIFUL. There&#;s also a hot tub on the premises!
I resigned for next year, so if you decide you like the stay, my roommate and I are looking for 2 extra people!
