I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Province. It’s a 3x3 layout on the 3rd floor. It has vaulted ceilings. It’s early so we are able to find either sex to take over her lease. The 3x3 is the most popular layout at Province and they go fast. I believe there aren’t any left online. If you don’t know where Province is it’s directly across the street from Bowman. It’s an extremely close 🚶 walk to all the buildings. It also has a lot of fun things in the club house like a 🎥 movie theatre, 🏊 pool, a gym and 🕶️ tanning. The entire apartment is furnished. Basic cable, sewer, trash, internet, and 🌊 water are included. It is also 🐕 pet friendly. 😊 If anyone is interested message me!
