I live here at flats, and graduate this May and will be moving out of state right after. If someone needs somewhere to live during the summer I am looking for someone to sub-lease my unit for the remainder of May through July st when my lease is up. There is a big spacious bedroom that is furnished with a 🚶 walk-in closet, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, 🚶 walk-in shower, washer and dryer in unit, wifi, furnished living room and amenities. The apartment building is steps away from campus and literally across the street from downtown Kent where you can grab a bite to eat or shop. My roommate will be gone for the summer as well so you will have the entire place to yourself. I am willing to negotiate taking care of a certain amount of the rent if you are interested.
