The neighborhood is a quiet subdivision minutes west of the Georgia Tech campus right next to the new Proctor Creek trail. We have garage/driveway parking, and the neighborhood is near several public transit stops. The room has a shared bathroom, and the rent is $. We are looking for another 👨 male tenant as the bathroom is shared with a 👨 male. We would prefer a student or a young professional. The room itself is unfurnished. The utility split is typically $ a month. The main part of the house is completely furnished, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and appliances. There is a raised deck with a 🍔 grill as well. We have fast internet with 1 Gb AT&T fiber. We have a big screen 📺 tv with surround sound on the main floor. My wife and I (both students) live in the house with our two dogs and we currently have two other 👨 maleroommates.
