Mar 2018: Would definitely recommend this property. People these days have become so demanding and spoiled. This property has pools, courtyards, a dog park, grilling areas, a club room. Amenities are fine. The main reason I like this property is the staff. They are great to work with and are truly focused on a positive community experience. And professional. I was here when Post owned the property, their corporate office is good but the office staff here had next to zero business acumen. I had to go through Post Corporate to get anything accomplished. This staff is much better, and it starts at the top. The property Manager Avery is fantastic to work with and is one of the most fair people I have ever dealt with. Feb 2018: I've been living at the Prato for 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The residence and staff are always friendly, maintenance is quick to come out and fix whatever you need, and the complex is surrounded by parks and other residential areas so you don't get the noise of Atlanta. Feb 2018: One of the best if not the best complex in Atlanta. I’ve never seen more security, amenities, and friendly people anywhere else. They have probably 6 cameras watching all angles of the front gate as well as two at the back. They also have a security guard on duty all night that patrols for any problems.
Parking is the best I’ve seen in the city with and I quote “3 times as much parking then neededâ€. You’ll never have to worry about a thing. The convenience of being in the city and within 5 miles of just about anything, but having the seclusion feel of a suburb neighborhood is unbeatable. The only reason I give it 4 stars (I would do 4.5 if it allowed me) is because I have had my fair share of maintenance issues, mostly leaks from sinks and appliances, but the maintenance team is amazing. 99% of requests are done within 24 hours and all of my requests have been done within 3 days. It's quiet, the amenities are nice, and the front office staff is super helpful (shout to Derrick).
A lot of reviews mention the gates never working, and while there are issues with the gates fairly frequently (especially after big event weekends when people have visitors such as Music Midtown) it's not the complex's fault. It's everyone's stupid friend Review from Google

I ended up living at the Prato for just over 3 years, and had a really great time.
The value for the location is unbeatable. The team at the Prato - everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance crew - are wonderful. It's tough to leave a place when the people are so great.
The grounds are really well kept, and there are 2 pools which makes for an excellent summer retreat.
Unlike other places I've visited, you won't get a frat-vibe at the Prato. Everyone is respectful and friendly, making it a pleasant place to live.
I highly recommend The Prato for anyone new to Atlanta, and to anyone that wants to be close to the Beltline and PCM without the high prices.

Jul 2017: Lived here for one year and was extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and professional and one of the best I've interacted with. The landscaping here is beautiful and well-maintained. People here are polite and quiet and pretty much keep to themselves. Rent is pricey but may be worthwhile for your piece of mind. Overall great experience... definitely a decision I do not regret! May 2017: July will be three years that my family and I have been at the Prato. It's a great community to call home. It's nestled in a great midtown area and in close proximity to work and school. The office staff is always friendly and maintenance does an excellent job in keeping the area clean. Kudos to Management!

May 2017: We lived at the Prato for 4 years and we were very happy there. The location is perfectly convenient to Midtown, Downtown, Fourth Ward, Inman Park and the beltline and though the rent has gone up in recent years, they are still extremely competitively priced for the area. 2 great pools, raised garden plots available on request lots of gas grills on the property to cook out on. The staff is super friendly and very accomodating to any requests we've had over the years and the maintenance crew is quick and professional.

Feb 2017: Best value in O4W/Midtown! The community is great. The apartments are modern, the team at the Prato has amazing landscaping and the complex looks beautiful year round. The maintenance team is prompt and always goes the extra mile. The team at the office is down-to-earth, responsive, helpful and really just great people. Great amenities on site. The location is pretty unbeatable - easy access to 75/85, and just a short drive away from Ponce City Market and more. I've lived here 2.5 years and have enjoyed my stay.

The interior units are well maintained and is very quiet throughout the day and night. They have nice amenities as well. My only criticism is that the grounds have not been maintained. The gate was broken for weeks. No communication was done to alert the owners that they were doing everything they could to remedy the situation. Living in a city, safety is big consideration when choosing a place to live. If the maintenance level were to improve, I would consider it a fantastic place to call home.
