May 2017: I have just moved in and I absolutely love it! The price is awesome especially for such a high end area. I love the character of the floor plans, its not small bedrooms and small kitchen. It has spacious bedrooms unlike several apartments in the area and it has gorgeous lush landscaping which I love. GREAT PLACE TO LIVE FOR SURE! Review from 5/27/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I have had such a horrible experience here. If you end up living underneath a loud neighbor (especially if they like to party all the time), your life will be a living hell. The walls here are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I've had the pleasure of living underneath someone who not only plays music so loud that I can hear the lyrics and sing along to as if I'm playing the music in my own room, but who has sub woofers they blast constantly. (Why do you have sub woofers in an apartment? Like please live in a house if you want to do that). Review from 2/3/17 on Google
Sep 2015: Moved to Post Gardens after living a block over in the Birkshires and the difference is AMAZING. This staff answers the phone when you call the office (unlike Birkshires "leave a message and we may call you back if we feel it is important... or not" system. When you do call with any issue here, they ALWAYS address it that business day and will actually call and follow up with you to tell you the actions taken and the result. Everyone in the office has been extremely friendly. Coming from the hell of Birkshires, it's been such a great experience here at Post Gardens. I would recommend it to anyone looking in this price range. Review from 9/13/15 on Google
Jul 2015: Great location, friendly staff, fun pool, beautiful and spacious apartments. Review from 7/16/15 on Google

May 2015: After being a Post resident for 3 years, you would think there would be a little bit of compassion or even drive to keep a loyal customer. Not here. My apartment flooded due to a sprinkler going off that was "warranted", which is fine, I get it. Every apartment in existence probably has some sort of clause taking all responsibility off their shoulders, but would every apartment complex deem your house livable with no carpet, holes in the walls/ceilings, dust everywhere and machines running to dry the damaged areas? Better yet would every apartment tell you it is "livable" for a week instead of moving you to one of their 12 dry one bedrooms. Review from 5/22/15 on Google
