Hi, Loading...

Nov 2018: Utterly disappointed. I moved into this complex in MAY and have had to request repairs to my dishwasher 10+ since receiving my keys. I thought the negative reviews were just people nagging and I still moved in despite my apprehension. I should have gone with my gut because this experience has been the worst. The high rise is GHETTO of Buckhead. It smells horrible throughout the building (Main entrance smells like sewage) Level Two Smells like pet feces and a few of the resident floors smell like weed. I've had someone come in my apartment without my permission for no reason. (Saw them on my security camera) I mentioned it to management and they said they don't know why anyone was there, but they are sure an email was sent out. (NO EMAIL) During the summer the pool area was crowded regularly with people who did not live here and it made it ve Review from Google
Oct 2018: Very weird place. I applied got approved and asked to send in proof of income by email from Carl, then the next night(7:00pm) i receive an email from the property manager Alyson saying i was denied with no good explaination. I have no idea how you can be approved then denied . Each staff member I’ve interacted with has treated me very indifferent , for lack of a better term.i definitely felt discriminated against. The same night i got approved at The Huntley ; Apply there if you are smart, working young professional who would like to be treated like a decent human being. Review from Google
Sep 2018: I love this place, lived here coming to 3years now. Always clean, smell 10/10 leasing office staff 10/10 my apart view is 10/10 thanks u for post Review from Google
Sep 2018: Corey working at front desk is extremely lazy, has an attitude, and completely lacks patience and respect for residents and guests. He is more like sitting in his own house and enjoying air conditioning and fast internet to watch stream videos instead of serving residents as a concierge. I have no clue how he is still employed here. Compared to other concierges and staff at leasing office, he is totally unprofessional. Don’t even think you can get any help from him. Every question received a short answer. His favorite response was "I don’t know." He might be never aware of that he is UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never renew my lease as long as he works here. I was treated with complete disrespect. I waited for 10 mins to get a visitor parking permit from him while he was chatting with somebody else about that guy’s dog. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Pretty decent place to live . The gym is fine . The pool is fine . The apartment is pretty good . But the hot tub doesn't work . Walls are thin. I only lived here for 3 months while moving to a bigger living area & before family came to live in USA . The garage is hard to get into , even when you scan the card it's difficult Review from Google
May 2018: Very responsive management and overall a great place to live in Buckhead. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I lived here for 2 years. 1. The whole place reeks of weed 2. Walls are super thin 3. Unless you leave your place absolutely spotless and perfect before you move out, they will charge you for every little thing 4. Highly overpriced for what you're getting 5. Pool closes frequently for trash, broken glass, people leaving a mess, maintenance, etc. 6. Elevators don't work half the time, or they're incredibly slow (good luck living on one of the top floors) 7. Staff is super friendly and maintenance is responsive. Only reason this place got 2 stars. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I would not recommend Post/MAA properties to anyone. Ever since living here, the fees on top of rent have gone up every month, and there seems to be no explanation to why or any warning that they will be going up. They updated resident portal, system used to pay rent, causing me to have re-enter my banking information in February. At the end of the month, I logged on and paid rent, and they sent a confirmation email saying they have received my payment. However, I was notified seven days later there way a typo in my banking information, and now I will be paying a late fee, 10% of rent, and a non-sufficient fund fee, $30. The property manager could care less about the situation and would not connect me to anyone at MAA that I could talk to. The gym is nice, but have been missing a couple of dumbbells and management does not seem to want to Review from Google

Feb 2018: Marie is the best ever! Great views for a nice price. Review from Google
Feb 2018: Fees are going up. Service is going down. These days, they’ll gauge you on “common area” stuff and any kind of fee they possibly can. Then they will hold your packages hostage. Bc they are bad at communicating and disorganized. A very pleasant place to live for the most part but worried about the direction of management. Review from Google
Oct 2017: It seems like the elevators here are down (at least 1) almost the entire time I've lived here (for nearly 2 years now). The first year, I got stuck in it for 45 minutes with several other people (I was the one that called the call box for help). Today, all elevators are inoperable. I live on the 25th floor with a dog. Can you imagine the severe inconvenience of that? There was no email from management notifying anyone that the elevators were either going to be inoperable, or were inoperable and to plan ahead (especially coming home from work with groceries). When you manage a high-rise, the elevators should be one of your NUMBER ONE priorities. Very disappointed in this place. Will not renew. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Post Alexander is not worth the amount of money they charge you to live there. The facility is one of the dirtiest I personally have ever seen. Trash everywhere, yellow dog urine on the walls and floor tile, pool is constantly closed to due broken glass, cars are constantly broken into. Hallways consistently smell of urine, cigarettes, and weed. Not to mention the elevators are always out of service. Which means ONE elevator for 24 floors. There are also less than TEN guest parking spots for the entire building. (Hope your friends like UBER) They do not provide clickers, they require stickers on your headlight for gate access. If you accidentally forget to hang your parking tag in your ASSIGNED spot, they will put a BIG orange warning sticker on your car window. (good luck getting that off) The management team delivers nothing but empty improv Review from Google
Jul 2017: I usually don't write reviews but I think someone needs to be aware of the bad costumer service in this apartment complex. Me and my husband have been looking for apartment in the area so we went on a Saturday to get more information about the apartments, and the concierge told us that the weekend worked with appointments only, but that we could wait to see if one the leasing agents could find a space to show us the property. After waiting for 20 minutes the concierge told us that it was better for us to make an appointment. Today I called early in the morning to make an appointment. I was told to be there not later than 5:30 pm for a tour of the property. I made an appointment for 5:15 and we arrived at 5:00pm just to be sure. Me and my husband left work early to be there on time. When we got there the concierge told us to wait. (She was rea Review from Google
Jun 2017: I am not a resident, but went in for a tour recently. I called in to make sure they are able to accommodate to my needs, regarding floor plans and availability. Little did I know, that they do not rent to undergrad college students. So if you are a undergrad student, save yourself some time and look elsewhere. Review from Google
Apr 2017: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Where do I start. First the management is horrible except for Kelsey. The night concierge is even worse. She has a real nasty attitude and she is a liar and rude. Will tell you your package was never delivered but her signature is on the log. I was told by someone in the office that they have had over 90 or more evictions. The office staff turnover is horrible. New agents every week. A few weeks after I moved in 20 cars were broken into inside what was supposed to have been a secured garage. The high rise reeks of Marijuana and the walls are paper thin. They charge you a #$20 monthly fee to help them pay the light bill in the hallway. Are you serious, and then go up on it anytime they want. It went from $15 to $20 when MAA took over after a week. They call it a common area fee. So we have pay for lights in the hallways and Review from Google
