3-bedroom 2 bath apartment in HomePark that will be shared between 3 people. Two rooms are already taken over by two people who are Georgia Tech students and we are currently looking for a third roommate. The house is right across Renewable Bioproducts Institute (i.e. 2 min 🚶 walk from the campus). 1 min 🚶 walk from Rocky Mountain 🍕 pizza
Other preferences: no pets. Reasonably 🎇clean
Anticipated rent/fees:
o $ + utilities (around $) per month which includes 💡electric,🌊 water, trash pickup, cable, and a washer/dryer (Available starting in the August 1st. Landlord looking for 1-year lease).
