Feb 2018: Home is where the heart is! I have been living here for almost 9 years . People come and People go- but this has truly been home for me. Besides the obvious, which is Location- Lindsay , Jose, Moi, David, and many more -even the Retailers past and present have always created a sense of community . I never felt any danger neither did I feel unsafe. FFL is located in the heart and pulse of Everything that is trendy right now in midtown Atlanta- whilst I would never advocate for any rude behavior give it a shot! manage your expectations ! pay your rent! and enjoy your LOFT because believe me FORD FACTORY LOFTS is worth it! thanks for keeping it together LINDSAY! Review from Google
Feb 2018: Live somewhere else. Leasing office is terrible. Worst place to live in great location. Lindsay in the office is SO rude and itching to argue with you. I paid rent on time for five years and was treated terribly. If you like being treated shabbily and don’t mind your car being towed from the lot or having rodent issues or having a nightmare every time you go to the trash chute or dealing with the constant panhandling in the parking lot, this is the place for you
Feb 2018: The WORST place to live in beltline area. Never pay back deposits. Your car can be towed at your own expense from the lot. Leasing agent nightmare. AVOID at all costs Review from Google
Jan 2018: POTENTIAL LEASERS BEWARE! Went into the leasing office and asked about the property on the end of the block. Lindsey (in the leasing office was extremely rude and brushed us off when we attempted to answer questions. She tells us to contact Brett. We asked for the number at which time she tells us to get it from the property. We get the number and make a call to Brett who doesn't answer. We sit and wait to see if we can get a call back in a feasible amount of time before pulling back around to the parking area where I parked my vehilce. I notice a boot on my car and a guy comes over stating that we left the property (which was false). We were on the front end of the building the whole time. We explain to him what happened when he walks us back into the initial office where Lindsey attempts to state that we were there WAY earlier (which was a c Review from Google
Jan 2018: Went to visit about leasing an apartment. Lindsay was extremely nice and helpful. She made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. She gave me more than enough information to help me with my decision and showed me around. She was a true sweetheart. Thank you so much! Review from Google
Nov 2017: Lindsay the front office property manager took her time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. She is by far one of the best humans I have ever met on the planet. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust. I could see myself actually living in a community such as this. It has exactly what I want and that is whatever I need, in walking distance. I lived here for 2 years before my home business grew and I simply needed more space. Ford Factory gave me the essential loft experience especially for being in the most amazing location of Atlanta. There is so much happening around the building. My neighbors were all creatively outstanding and very very friendly and warm all the time! Which I am extremely grateful for! Living in this space shifted my life for Review from Google
Oct 2017: There is nothing like being in the middle of all the action, Restaurants, Bars, even a spa, are all right there within walking distance. The courtyard is beautiful and my favorite part is listening to the rain cause the acoustics are simply breath-taking. I had to move away for a bit but im def planning to come back when the new Kroger is done being built! Review from Google
Jun 2017: Location, Location, Location. I lived a FFL for 3 years and the location is amazing. It is conveniently located next to the belt line, Ponce City Market, Whole Foods Complex and walking distance to The Virginia Highlands. The belt line makes getting around the city on bike easy. The lofts are all spacious with high ceilings and allow you to bring out your creativity and individuality in decorating. The leasing manager is extremely friendly, approachable and always has the best interest of the tenets at hand. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it was resolved right away. The maintenance staff has been there forever and is very trustworthy (which is important when you are a female living alone). Review from Google

Jun 2017: Lived here for 4 years and loved my time here. I finally left because my wife and I had a little one that needed a yard to play in. But as far as access to everything you need within walking distance, it's pretty tough to beat this. Mgmt was courteous and responsive as well. I miss it. Review from 6/10/17 on Google
May 2017: I lived at The Ford Factory Lofts for a few years and loved my experience there! Their staff led by XXXX, the property manager, treated me and the other residents as their own family, always going the extra mile for you... The Ford Factory Lofts are close to everything... steps away from the belt line, shops, restaurants and night life... top that off with the best pricing in the city..... it's amazing to be part of the history of The Ford Factory Lofts. Review from 5/19/17 on Google
May 2017: Only got to live here for a year but I loved it!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Especially to my cats who were allowed to walk around to say hello to my neighbors without issue. XXXX and the staff were super helpful at all times of the week! If I could I would move back there in a second if I moved back east. Review from 5/16/17 on Google
May 2017: There are great restaurants, theaters, and cultural events in Atlanta, but my favorite attraction will ALWAYS be Ford Factory Lofts. This awesome old Model-T factory was perfect for me - a grad school student in a fellowship program from Detroit - and the spirit of the motor city felt alive and well at FFL. I made some of the very best friends I have ever had by living at FFL and perusing the catwalks, saying hello to lots of friendly residents - all ages and faces - and I've never lived in a place that felt as tightly-knit as FFL. I miss it so very much! Review from 5/9/17 on Google
May 2017: I lived there from 2008 to 2010 and again in 2013 to 2016. You can't beat the price for the area ...HUGE factory windows and skyline views. It's walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The belt line and Ponce City Market are in your backyard. The management staff is friendly and efficient. Anytime I needed something, they were on it. XXXX, the security guard, is the best! Coming in late at night, he's always patrolling making sure all is good. He even will walk you to your car if you like. Review from 5/7/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I love FFL! I had such a great experience living there. Everything from the amazing location to the friendly and experienced staff. I definitely would recommend it to anybody! If your looking for a very authentic loft living space that's right in the middle of everything this is the spot! Review from 4/25/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I loved living at FFL! The spaces were big and bright (amazing, authentic factory windows). The location was great: it actually made ATL feel like a real walk-able city, which is hard to do there. It's just a hop and a skip to Piedmont Park, restaurants and live music venues (plus: Clermont Lounge)! The office staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive. I lived in several spots while in Atlanta, but Ford Factory was by far and away the best one! Review from 4/7/17 on Google
Feb 2017: I loved living at Ford! I was there for two years and only left because of personal reasons. From the space to management, it was all good with me. Location is awesome and convenient. I loved being able to personalize my space. The blank slate gives you so much to work with. It was a love hate relationship with the big beautiful windows that bring in natural light but also cold air in the winter and noise in the late night hours. But if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood with double pained windows go to the burbs. But now that Kroger has been laid to rest(pour some out for the homie) I'm sure some of the foot traffic has cut down. Review from 2/3/17 on Google
Feb 2016: I lived here for 2 years in Apartment 118. Parking is a nightmare, my truck was broken into, there are constantly homeless people outside of the building, the quality of the appliances are absolutely pitiful, the cabinets and counters in the kitchen are made cheaply, black mold grew from the inside of my water facet in my bathtub, the apartment above me had a toilet overflow and it leaked (poured) into my kitchen, the washing machines downstairs have black mold growing inside of them, and the stores underneath the apartments all played loud music at odd hours. Review from 2/10/16 on Google
Oct 2015: I loved living at the lofts. Lindsay in the office was always super helpful and quick to respond. The lady who showed me the apartments was knowledgeable and easygoing. The actual loft was wonderful, and all my neighbors were great. Camelli's downstairs was a plus, and living in the same parking lot as Kroger was a super convenience. If I ever get to I'll move back in a heart beat. Review from 10/13/15 on Google
Sep 2015: I loved living at Ford Factory. As a new Atlanta transplant this was the first place I lived in Georgia. It's interesting that terrible reviews are coming from those you don't or have never lived here. Lindsay (property manager) was always very helpful and accommodating with my request. The few times I had a maintenance issue, they were taken care of quickly. David (security) is one of the most kind people I've met while in Atlanta. I never encountered and issue with him. This building is in a great location, surrounded by many local bars and restaurants you'll always have something to do. Parking can be a little challenging at times as you share the lot with Kroger. However in most cases when you live in the city anywhere you'll encounter this so don't be surprised. Review from 9/4/15 on Google
Aug 2015: At 2:00 pm on Thursday, I came into the office to inquire about a one bedroom apartment. The leasing agent yelled out prices, handed me a floor plan with the rates on it, and told me to come back on another day if I wanted to see the lofts. She did not take my name, number, or any info. She did not introduce herself and she was very classless and rude. For future reference, as a young educated working health professional you do not know who is entering your facility or the amount of money they have to rent and occupy space. A future tenant is lost due to horrible customer service. Review from 8/22/15 on Google
Dec 2013: I love living here. Perfect location, maintenance is done same day as request ( unless its something big). People are friendly including the staff. I park our front and have a 2012 car and have had no problems. I also don't think the bill is to high, mine ranges from 90-120 a month, but its all electric so not bad in my opinion. Maybe the ones with 200 or more that I've seen in the reviews had the windows open or blinds open constantly. Overall love it and cant beat the price for this location and amazing space and cool overlooking view of the belt line. Review from 12/27/13 on Apartment Ratings
